In our Free Tour of the Jewish Quarter we will discover why the Jews settled in the city of Girona a thousand years ago. We will walk through its alleys and talk about its tortuous history, from its beginning to the present day. In the Free Tour of the Jewish Quarter we walk through the old town of Girona and explore in depth the boundaries of the neighborhood. This visit covers the entire call, an extension not excessively large but dense in history. The meeting point is in Plaza de Catalunya, next to the ice cream parlor 'La Gioconda'. It is a two minute walk from the Town Hall. It is right next to the Tourist Office. If you come by train or bus, it is about 15 minutes walking towards the river. If you come by car, you can park in Plaza Catalunya in a paid parking lot. If you want to park for free, then you would have to move a little further: to the Devesa Park.
